	Location: Kailua-Kona, Kona Coast, Big Island, Hawaii, USA (11 miles South of Kona Airport; 1.5 miles South of downtown) Accommodations: Single-Family Home with pool - 4 Bedrooms - 5 Baths - (Sleeps 17-22)
	Three bedroom main house plus additional separated 'Ohana' studio unit (3,746 square feet / 348 square meters), pool/jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the ocean. This home has two kings, three doubles, and twelve single beds (or 5 doubles & 6 singles) for a total of 17 beds. Sleeping double in king & double beds give a maximum occupancy of 22. NOTE: Based upon availability, we can also book the house right next door (see ' HND ' ... same ocean view). Addition of this property allows larger groups to spread their numbers via 3 more bedrooms / 4 beds and 2 baths (~6-8 persons) all with adjacent property (gated) access to the Lako House grounds.

	Lako House for wedding guests, ceremonies, and/or receptions ... With 3700 sq ft plus of living space available, large lanai & pool areas, as well as two side yard grounds, Lako House is an ideal venue for gatherings of up to 30-40 people. Need more room/space for more guests ? And, provided there's enough advance notice to confirm availability, even larger attended functions can be hosted using both Lako and the House Next Door (HND) properties. How else can Lako help your planning ? Lako House is also well known with big island caterers and wedding coordinators. And so when in comes time to put your event together, whether it's cakes or conch-shell players, flowers or formal wear, hair or hula dancers, the local Kona know-how, connections, and vast experience of successful, Lako-recommended wedding resources will be on your side. If on the other hand, you are looking just for spacious guest accommodations (i.e. with no event), again Lako House and/or HND are great choices for up to 3-5 multi-family groups or shared room stays [Note: Lako has in total 4BA/5BA with 17beds, and HND has 3BA/2BA with 3 beds plus lot's of extra futon space in both houses; see the areas/rooms floor plans].
